How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Treepisode account directly from the app. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Treepisode app on your device.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
  3. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon, top right).
  4. Scroll down to Danger Zone.
  5. Tap "Delete Account".
  6. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account and profile information (email, display name, bio)
  • All your trees and their episodes (text, voice recordings, photos)
  • All your kindness waterings sent and received
  • Your circle and grove memberships
  • Your family garden memberships
  • All notifications
  • All uploaded media files (voice recordings, images)

Retention Period

All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. During this period, the data cannot be accessed or recovered. No data is retained after the 30-day period.

If you are unable to access the app or need assistance with account deletion, please contact us at support@treepisode.com. We will process your deletion request within 7 days.
