1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Treepisode, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Treepisode is a mobile and web application that allows users to plant digital trees representing personal goals, record voice echoes, create time capsules, and form kind circles with other users.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Treepisode.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create (trees, echoes, images, voice recordings).
• By posting content, you grant Treepisode a license to display it to authorized users (circle members, public viewers).
• You agree not to post content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, or violates any law.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Kindness Policy

Treepisode is built on kindness. Users must:

• Be respectful and encouraging in all interactions.
• Not use the platform for harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Not send spam or misleading content.
• Report content that violates community standards.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Treepisode offers free and premium tiers.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Razorpay (web).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Free trial periods are available on all plans. You are not charged during the trial.
• Refunds for web purchases can be requested within 7 days. App store refunds follow Apple/Google policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Treepisode name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of uidiq. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Treepisode application without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Treepisode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Treepisode after changes constitutes acceptance.
