Common questions about Premium
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your selected plan begins and you'll be charged the plan price. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged at all. After cancellation, you drop back to the free tier.
If I subscribe on the web, does it work on the mobile app too?
Yes. Your subscription is tied to your account, not your device. Subscribe anywhere and it syncs everywhere instantly.
What if I have 10 trees and then cancel Premium?
Your trees and all their echoes remain. You just can't create new trees beyond the free limit of 5. You can still water and view all existing trees.
Do you offer refunds?
For refund requests, please contact us at support@treepisode.com and we will assist you within 7 days.
Is there a family plan?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. For now, each family member subscribes individually. Premium lets you create up to 5 shared family gardens.
